Terms and Conditions - CLD (Custom Layout Design)

By purchasing any layout or design service from CLD, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Scope of Services

CLD provides custom layout and theme design services for websites, primarily using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blogger platform components. The final deliverable depends on the project brief and requirements submitted by the client.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made upfront or as agreed before the project begins. Work will not commence until the agreed payment is received.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are provided based on the project scope. Any delays will be communicated in advance. Delays caused by missing information from the client are not CLD's responsibility.

4. Revisions

Up to 3 minor revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions or major changes beyond the original scope may incur extra fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the delivered design. However, CLD retains the right to showcase the design in a portfolio or as a sample of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required content, logos, images, and access details (if applicable) before the design process begins. CLD is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete inputs.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to CLD’s Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or files have been delivered.

8. Technical Support

Basic technical support for the delivered layout is included for 7 days. Extended support or maintenance services are available at an additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

CLD is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues caused by third-party plugins, services, or changes made after delivery. We do not guarantee increased website traffic, ranking, or monetization as a result of our layout designs.
