Refund Policy for Custom Layout Design
At CLD, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-designed layouts tailored to your needs. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- The project has not yet started or no initial design has been delivered.
- A major delay (exceeding 14 business days beyond the promised delivery timeline) has occurred without prior communication.
- The delivered layout is completely unusable due to technical errors (with proof provided) and no resolution is offered within 7 days.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the custom design work has already been started or partially delivered.
- If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to insufficient or unclear requirements provided by the client.
- For change-of-mind reasons after the project begins.
- If the issue is based on subjective preferences after a design has been approved or delivered.
3. Revision Policy
Minor revisions (up to 3 rounds) are included in the design package. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation
If a client cancels the project after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed at that point.
5. How to Request a Refund
Please contact us via customlayoutdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the layout, including:
- Widgets, Layouts & Html Templates
- Reason for the refund request
- The layout I received is not functioning or displaying correctly on my site.
- I did not receive the design within the promised delivery timeframe.
- The layout provided does not match the features agreed upon at the time of order.
- There are critical errors in the template, and no fix was provided after reporting.
- I mistakenly ordered the wrong service and reported it immediately.
- he delivered layout is incomplete, and I haven’t received a response in over 7 days.
- Screenshots or description of the issue (if applicable)
We aim to resolve refund requests within 5–7 business days.
